Our mission goes beyond networking. We strive to be a positive force in Massachusetts by supporting community initiatives, uplifting entrepreneurs, and creating opportunities for growth and connection. From organizing charity drives and collaborating with local organizations, we are committed to strengthening the communities that have given so much to us.

The Business Club was founded on a simple idea: businesses grow stronger together.
What began as a space for connection has grown into a larger mission to support, celebrate, and create opportunities for small businesses across Massachusetts.
The Business Club Small Business Success Award recognizes Massachusetts small businesses and entrepreneurs making a positive impact in their communities. Because sometimes a little extra support, recognition, and connection can go a long way.
This round of nominations has officially concluded, and the Business Club team is reviewing our nominees! We invite you to join us at the Local Leaders Lunch to celebrate and support local success, become a sponsor, or apply during our next round of awards.

Award recipients may receive a variety of benefits, including business resources, microgrants, upgraded memberships, complimentary event access, sponsorship opportunities, and more. Awards and benefits vary each year based on community partnerships, collaborations, and contributions, all designed to celebrate and support small business success.
Award Eligibility & Requirements
To be considered for the Small Business Success Award, applicants and nominees must meet the following requirements:
Be a Massachusetts-based small business or entrepreneur.
Have been in operation for at least 6 months.
Complete the application or nomination form in full.
Follow The Business Club of Central Massachusetts on Instagram and Facebook.
If selected, be available to attend the 2026 Winter Soirée on Thursday, December 3, at Gardner City Hall to receive their award.

The Annual Suit Drive, where we collect hundreds of pieces of professional attire each year and donate them to local shelters, churches, rehabilitation facilities, and individuals in need. We believe everyone deserves the confidence to pursue opportunities, and sometimes a single suit or dress can make all the difference.
